DE250 License Plate Bill Signing

Join us at the historic New Castle Court House Museum on Monday, September 16, at 11:30 a.m. as Governor Matt Meyer signs legislation unveiling Delaware’s newest commemorative license plate design. This special plate celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States of America, honoring the nation’s history and Delaware’s role in it.

The signing will take place at the Old Court House in New Castle, DE — a landmark that has long stood as a symbol of Delaware’s colonial and Revolutionary heritage. This event marks a unique moment where the past and present come together to celebrate our shared history and the upcoming Semiquincentennial.
