Delaware 250’s “Small Wonder, Big History” social media campaign aims to highlight the holdings of Delaware’s many outstanding museums, historical societies, and cultural organizations. Each week, we’ll share an image and brief description of an aspect of
Delaware’s past or present that people might not know. You can find examples on our social media (we’re Delaware250 on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram).
We’re interested in sharing:
- Objects (small or large), buildings, documents, or facts that connect to an interesting element of Delaware’s history (from any point in history)
- “First State Firsts” (inventions, ideas, etc. that originated in Delaware, or Delawareans who were the first to do something)
- Holdings or info relating to Delaware’s natural history and resources
